Recently, I started working on a new blog – Venkohled. It’s only in Czech and the name is a new word which can be translated as something like ‚Outside or outdoor view‘. Venkohled is a blog about my mainly outdoor activities. I’m writing about cycling, hiking, boxing, travelling, cave exploring, family vacations, outdoor activities with small kids, running, cross-country skiing, rock climbing, yachting, canoeing, mountain hiking and even more. I’m also adding some book reviews, film reviews and outdoor gear testing reports. Venkohled is focusing on a microadventures (thanks, Alastair) for people who work from 9 am to 5 pm, five days a week. It won’t cover journeys to the Highest Himalaya, but rather tips for exploring interesting hidden places in our local area.

My goal is to create one article per week and at least one of two articles has to be gained directly from my personal outdoor experience. Venkohled is powered by WordPress, styled on Clean Retina free theme.
